Basic Food Hygiene Training

As per Ras Al Khaimah Municipality regulations, all food handlers working in food establishments must complete Basic Food Hygiene Training. This includes: Cooks, chefs, and kitchen helpers Food preparation staff (butchery, bakery, catering, etc.) Service staff who handle or serve food Food handlers in supermarkets, cafeterias, hotels, restaurants, and catering services

FSI Trainings

  • FSI Level 2 – Trading & Warehousing
    Suitable for: Food Traders
  • FSI Level 2 – General Sector
    Suitable for: medium food sectors like Restaurants, Fast Food Chains, Automatic bakery, medium supermarket etc,
  • FSI Level 3 – Hypermarket
    Suitable for: Hypermarkets & Multi-Store
  • FSI Level 3 – Manufacturing
    Suitable for: Manufacturers as per license
  • FSI Level 3 – Hospitality & Catering
    Suitable for: Hotels, Catering Services, And Traditional Kitchens
  • FSI Level 3 – Water sector
    Suitable for: water filling station and bottling plants
  • FSI level 2: course duration is 2 days and level 3 is 3 days respectively.
