The GHP training course is one of the mandated trainings by regulatory authority in the Emirate of Sharjah, United Arab Emirates (UAE). It is designed for all food handlers, stewarding staff, and any person involved directly with food preparation, who works in the food and food-related industries such as catering companies, food processors, restaurants, packing houses, farms, and hotels. This training is conducted by an outsourced, approved third-party provider.
